- Wi-Fi connection: yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas.

- Elevator: no, unfortunately, there is no elevator on the property. Some rooms are located on the ground floor, avoiding the need to use stairs.

- Pets: sorry, pets are not allowed.

- Breakfast service: no, Casa DP does not offer a breakfast service. However, in rooms and apartments, there is a complimentary espresso machine with coffee pods. Nearby, there are many bars serving a good Italian breakfast.

- Minibar: rooms are equipped with a minibar; the Junior suite and the apartment have a refrigerator.

- On-site restaurant: there is no restaurant on the premises. In the immediate vicinity, in the center of Conegliano and in the hills, there is a wide selection of restaurants, taverns, and wine bars. We will be happy to provide you with recommendations.

- Parking: yes, there is free parking without reservation (unattended open-air parking). Charging stations for electric cars are available in the parking lot (service at an additional cost and to be arranged).

- Bicycle parking: it is always possible to park bicycles in our open-air parking (unattended). On request, a covered garage is available for bicycle parking until spaces are filled. A bike corner and the option to recharge electric bikes are available (service at an additional cost and to be arranged).

- Opening period: Casa DP is open year-round.

- Check-in time: check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Access to the property and accommodation will be self-managed through a code that we will send a couple of days before check-in.

- Check-out time: the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

- Early arrival: yes, please notify us the day before arrival. We offer the opportunity to leave luggage free of charge until the scheduled check-in time (times to be agreed upon with the staff).

- Access to the property: a couple of days before check-in, an email will be sent with a code for opening the main entrance of the property and your apartment/room. The code will be active from 3:00 PM on the check-in date to 10:00 AM on the check-out date. During the stay, you can freely access the property. However, please inform us of the expected arrival time.

- Shuttle service: we do not have a private shuttle service. We will be happy to provide information on taxi or shuttle services.

- Luggage storage after check-out: certainly. We offer free luggage storage after check-out to all our guests. The luggage must be picked up by the agreed-upon time with the staff at the time of departure.

- Room amenities: all rooms and apartments are equipped with autonomous air conditioning/heating, fast and free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, minibar or refrigerator, complimentary toiletries, and slippers.

- Bathtub: we're sorry, but we do not have rooms with bathtubs.

- Cribs for infants: yes, cribs for children up to 3 years old are available upon request in some room types.

- Accessibility for disabled guests: we regret to inform you that the property is not equipped to accommodate disabled guests.

- Cleaning frequency: daily room rearrangement is performed. The cleaning of the One-Bedroom Suite and the Two-Bedroom Apartment is done at check-in and check-out. Cleaning during the stay is available upon request and at an additional cost.

- Smoking rooms: no, smoking rooms are not available. Smoking is allowed outside the house and in the garden.

- Cancellation policies: cancellation policies are specified in the booking confirmation.

- Payment methods: we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi), debit cards, and advance bank transfers if agreed upon.

- Cancellation beyond allowed terms: if the reservation is canceled beyond the allowed terms, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.

- Tourist tax amount: the tourist tax is €1.00 per person per night.
