The Venetian Dream takes shape
The Junior Suites at Palazzo De Polo are generous spaces where guests can feel the privilege of inhabiting history: some are frescoed, others are dominated by an antique fireplace beneath high ceilings with exposed beams, while the windows offer rare and evocative Venetian views, such as those over Campo San Cancian.
Each room has its own unmistakable identity: lounge areas with sofas, armchairs in fine velvet, a regal four-poster bed in some, or a bed with a moulded, hand-painted wooden headboard in others.
The bathrooms, featuring marble-effect walls, bowl-shaped washbasins on burnished steel consoles, period-style mirrors, and handcrafted Venetian taps, are completed by large, comfortable showers for moments of authentic wellbeing.
